What is OTIF (On-Time In-Full)?

OTIF is a retailer compliance measure: an order scores only if it arrives inside its appointment window and complete; missing either half fails the order.

Example. A load hits its appointment window at the retailer's distribution centre but arrives short on an item, and the order is scored a miss rather than credited for the part that made it.
